What you would be doing:

  • Hiring, training, preparing, and motivating Call Center Representatives
  • Assisting with data collection, analysis, and distribution to improve call quality
  • Diffusing tense situations that cannot be fielded by the Call Center Representatives
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
